JP-1300A自动输送剪切拼接机

性能特点Characteristics

●JP-1300A该机具有工作稳定、压合力大、热胶合时间短且自控设定温度，前芯板自动定位在加热板中间，等待后芯板对接，可任意选择拼接宽度。该机采用可编程控制器与人机界面触摸屏，旋转编码器、光电开关、接近开关等输入元件，通过编制程序，可实现设定所需的芯板长度拼接到达后自动剪切、自动输送、输送后尾板自动定位在加热板中间，自动化程度高，可实现一键操作。

该机还具有将剪切后的芯板自动送入収板装置上，节省人工。

●该机与SD-40C型斜磨机配套使用，能充分满足广大用户将芯板斜磨、自动对接、热压拼接、任意定长剪切组合成流水线的迫切需求。热压胶合板时间仅为同类热压拼接机三分之一，并节省人工、成倍地提高生产率。该机是我公司开发研制的生产较高强度、较高质量胶合板的优良新型设备，是胶合板生产商的选择。
